Marketing Manager

About the role

OneBullEx is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the evolution of its brand from a crypto trading platform to a trusted financial services provider. The role will focus on shaping the English‑language brand narrative, creating high‑impact content, and aligning the brand with the broader OneMore Group ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain OneBullEx’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging across all English‑speaking channels.
• Shift brand perception from promotional to a mature, secure, institutionally trusted platform.
• Ensure OneMore Group’s vision and infrastructure are clearly communicated to international stakeholders.
• Lead the end‑to‑end English content strategy for social media, research, press releases, and executive communications.
• Translate complex topics such as crypto dynamics, TradFi integration, AI, macro trends, and institutional trading into accessible content.
• Build a recognized English‑facing presence through short‑form video, podcasts, interviews, and panel discussions.
• Manage the international editorial calendar and cross‑platform publishing schedule (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium, Web).
• Direct and produce written research, video content, graphics, and executive thought leadership.
• Monitor engagement analytics and optimise content delivery based on brand health metrics.
• Develop and maintain PR, media, and industry partnerships.

Required profile

• At least 60 months (5 years) of relevant marketing experience.
