Marketing Manager

About the role

ELE Interior Design is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the brand’s digital presence. You will shape and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and collaborate across teams to ensure the brand stays dynamic and relevant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive social‑media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Produce monthly content calendars that support campaigns, seasonal promotions, and award submissions.
• Create and publish on‑brand content (reels, stories, posts) for TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots, manage logistics, and work with 3D visualizers to select suitable assets.
• Engage daily with followers, manage online reputation, and monitor review platforms.
• Collaborate with the PR agency to identify and manage influencer partnerships.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and HR teams to integrate social media with broader initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Strong eye for design and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Excellent written communication and community‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
