Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create authentic content that showcases family stories.
• Manage social media presence, community engagement and paid advertising.
• Plan, launch and automate email marketing programs.
• Analyze performance data and optimise campaigns for ROI.
• Collaborate with product teams on go‑to‑market strategies.
• Manage relationships with influencers, brand partners, events and webinars.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably B2C.
• Strong content creation skills across text, image and video formats.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
• Understanding of family dynamics and emotional marketing.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities.
