About the role

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its brand presence in the Specialty Coffee and Food & Beverage sector. The role involves shaping marketing strategy, driving sales growth, and enhancing the company’s digital footprint across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all marketing platforms, including social media channels and the company website.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create innovative ideas to strengthen and improve the company profile.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
• Oversee social media content, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences.
• Build and maintain a strong, professional brand image.
• Collaborate closely with management to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong background in the Specialty Coffee or Food & Beverage industry (highly preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and website management.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of developing marketing strategies that generate business growth.
• Arabic speaker required.
• Immediate availability.
