Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of Krispy Kreme's brand marketing plan, working closely with franchisor, brand operations, digital and cluster teams to drive restaurant sales and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing calendar, coordinate campaign timelines, develop creative briefs and cascade campaigns to local teams.
• Manage digital home‑delivery plans, local digital campaigns, social media, influencer activations and performance tracking.
• Support commercial performance through pricing, value propositions and promotional mechanics aligned with margin and sales targets.
• Identify and execute local market opportunities such as partnerships, sponsorships, store openings and traffic‑driving initiatives.
• Coordinate brand communication materials (in‑store POP, flyers, radio assets) ensuring consistency.
• Leverage consumer research and market insights to optimise campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Track and manage the marketing budget for spend efficiency and financial alignment.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance and agencies to ensure seamless execution and KPI achievement.
• Own retail sales and trade marketing initiatives, including in‑store promotions and seasonal offers.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑campaign analysis, measuring uplift, ROI and translating learnings into future actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6‑8 years of proven marketing experience in the QSR industry.
• Strong communication, strategic decision‑making and team‑leadership abilities.
• Creative, agile and business‑building mindset.
