Marketing Manager - Luxury F&B

About the role

C2i, a subsidiary of Aldar Retail Management, develops hospitality, retail and lifestyle destinations including co-working, retail and fine-dining ventures. The Marketing Manager leads the marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of luxury F&B brands, requiring a strategic marketer experienced in managing multiple brands, agencies, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for multiple luxury F&B brands
• Create integrated plans covering digital, social media, PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, CRM, activations and events
• Manage and oversee external creative, media, PR, digital and production agencies for quality execution and ROI
• Plan, manage and monitor marketing budgets, forecasts and campaign spend
• Analyse campaign performance, customer insights and market trends to optimise effectiveness
• Lead seasonal campaigns, new menu launches, restaurant openings and promotions
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and customer experience across all touchpoints
• Work with Operations, Commercial, Finance and Creative teams, and identify partnership opportunities

Required profile

• 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, F&B, retail or lifestyle brands
• Proven experience managing multiple brands or working in a marketing/creative agency
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field
