Marketing Manager – Malls

About the role

The company, a leading mall owner and operator in Dubai, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy and performance of one of its flagship mall assets. The role focuses on driving footfall, enhancing brand positioning, and boosting commercial results through integrated campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the assigned mall.
• Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, activations, and large‑scale events.
• Drive footfall and retailer engagement through ATL, BTL, digital, and on‑ground initiatives.
• Conduct catchment analysis, tenant‑mix reviews, and seasonal trend assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, control costs, and report performance metrics.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mall, retail, or destination marketing.
• Strong understanding of footfall‑driving campaigns, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage annual marketing calendars and large‑scale events.
• Commercial acumen with experience handling budgets, ROI analysis, and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with retailers, agencies, and internal leadership.
• Experience managing agencies, external vendors, and marketing teams.
• Prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
