Marketing Manager – MENA Region

About the role

Juspay is expanding its footprint across the MENA region and seeks a Marketing Manager based in Dubai to own the end‑to‑end regional marketing story. You will work closely with Business Development and Product teams to translate a complex payments platform into compelling positioning for banks, enterprises and PSPs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional marketing plan covering SEO, paid media, events, webinars and partner co‑marketing.
• Own the regional events portfolio, including industry conferences, Juspay‑hosted gatherings and co‑marketing activations with banks and PSPs.
• Lead content creation for the region – sales enablement, product videos, website localisation, newsletters, blogs, case studies and whitepapers.
• Drive product evangelisation through PR, channel marketing and speaking opportunities at conferences.
• Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Define post‑campaign metrics to assess pipeline impact and optimise future activities.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai (on‑site role, not remote).
• 2‑5 years of product marketing, growth or full‑stack B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, fintech or payments.
• Strong curiosity, analytical mindset and ability to craft narratives for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear stories.
• Willingness to travel across MENA for events and customer engagements.
