Marketing Manager – NARS (UAE)

About the role

The Marketing Manager for NARS will lead the brand’s strategy and execution across the United Arab Emirates, acting as the bridge between local markets and EMEA/global teams. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s vision, driving regional relevance, and delivering 360‑degree launch campaigns that reinforce NARS’s position in the beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with global and EMEA brand guidelines.
• Lead product, trade, consumer, and artistry functions while collaborating with visual merchandising, PR, digital, and education teams.
• Manage the regional brand strategy, ensuring local adaptations meet market needs.
• Oversee the Middle East marketing calendar, coordinating 360 launch plans and “always‑on” visibility.
• Control A&P budget, monitor ROI, and safeguard brand equity.
• Define channel strategy for key retailers and direct‑to‑consumer channels.
• Maintain complexion leadership and expand category growth.
• Manage and develop a team of three marketing professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing sizable budgets.
• Strong understanding of EMEA brand guidelines and ability to translate them into local relevance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with both internal and external partners.

Required skills

• CRM systems proficiency.
