Marketing Manager – Perfume, Luxury & Beauty

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute branding and promotional strategies for a premium perfume, luxury and beauty portfolio. The role combines digital and offline initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive sales growth and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, annual and quarterly calendars aligned with product launches.
• Conduct market research to capture customer preferences, competitive trends and product positioning.
• Manage online presence across social media, website, e‑commerce and digital advertising; oversee content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and optimise SEO, website content and product listings.
• Collaborate with influencers, affiliates and digital partners to expand reach.
• Coordinate in‑store promotions, merchandising, POS displays and offline events such as product launches and mall activations.
• Lead 360° campaign planning, execution and performance tracking; prepare reports to improve ROI.
• Work with designers, photographers and agencies to develop creative assets and maintain communication with distributors, retailers and e‑commerce partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing, preferably within beauty, fragrance or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of branding, retail marketing and digital performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, project management and analytical abilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
