Marketing Manager – Perfume & Luxury Brands

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute branding and promotional strategies for a premium perfume, luxury, lifestyle, and beauty portfolio. The role will strengthen brand presence, drive sales growth, and ensure consistent communication across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated brand strategies, annual and quarterly marketing calendars, and market research to guide product positioning.
• Manage the brand’s digital footprint, including social media, website, e‑commerce, and paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Oversee content creation, SEO optimization, and collaborations with influencers, affiliates, and digital partners.
• Plan and execute in‑store promotions, merchandising, and offline events such as product launches and mall activations.
• Coordinate 360° campaigns, track performance metrics, and produce reports to improve ROI.
• Work closely with design, sales, and product teams, and maintain communication with distributors, retailers, and e‑commerce partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing, preferably within beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of branding, retail marketing, and digital performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
