Marketing Manager – Premium EV Launch (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new premium electric‑vehicle brand in the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the market entry strategy, build brand equity and drive sales growth for this high‑profile automotive initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual budget in line with business objectives.
• Manage brand performance across multiple vehicle categories, collaborating closely with OEM partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Design and execute campaigns, sponsorships and high‑visibility events that increase market share and strengthen brand presence.
• Act as the primary liaison with principals, agencies and government bodies to secure effective partnerships.
• Analyse market intelligence, competitor activity and performance metrics to inform commercial actions.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering future leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of automotive marketing experience, preferably within an OEM, importer or established dealer group.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Experience with premium/luxury or electric‑vehicle brands is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to launch new brands or products and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
