Marketing Manager – Retail & Outdoor Brands

About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly creative Marketing Manager to lead brand, digital, community and customer‑engagement initiatives for a retail‑focused organization. The role blends creativity, analytical thinking and execution excellence to build strong brands and meaningful customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, traffic and sales growth.
• Lead digital‑first campaigns across social, paid media, email and content channels.
• Manage community engagement programs and build strong connections with outdoor‑lifestyle audiences.
• Oversee agency relationships, influencer collaborations and partnership initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise tactics based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of marketing experience in retail, consumer, lifestyle, sports, fashion or outdoor brands.
• Proven success in digital‑first marketing environments.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Experience managing agencies, influencers and partnership programmes.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and relevant networks is preferred.
• Passion for outdoor activities, adventure sports and active lifestyles is advantageous.
