Marketing Manager (UAE National)

About the role

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Marketing Manager who is an UAE national to lead the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy. The role will drive brand positioning, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and integrated campaigns.
• Manage digital, social media, offline, and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, conversion rates and other KPIs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather customer insights.
• Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of spend.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support product launches, new business initiatives and customer acquisition efforts.
• Produce marketing presentations, dashboards and management reports.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing management, brand management or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical ability to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
