Marketing Specialist – Full‑Time (Al Ain)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, creative Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on content production and campaign management, working closely with a small creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and organise marketing plans aligned with brand goals and sales targets.
• Translate marketing ideas into clear, actionable execution plans and timelines.
• Plan and manage campaigns, product launches, promotions and seasonal activities.
• Create engaging social‑media content, including filming, basic production and concept development for Reels, TikToks, stories, etc.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate with content creators, graphic designers and other team members.
• Assign, track and follow up on marketing tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and stay updated on market and social‑media trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of strategy and campaign execution.
• Hands‑on experience in social‑media content creation and video filming.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
