Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Head Office team. You will plan, deliver and report on integrated marketing activities for The Petshop, AURA Veterinary Center and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns from brief to post‑campaign reporting, managing timelines and budgets.
• Lead in‑store and omni‑channel retail activations, including promotions, product launches and seasonal moments.
• Own the content calendar, creation and publishing for AURA Veterinary Center and Services, ensuring brand voice and clinical accuracy.
• Plan and deliver events and influencer partnerships, handling briefs, agreements and performance reporting.
• Manage internal stakeholders, suppliers and agencies, track spending and flag budget variances.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or consumer brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven record of managing multi‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Hands‑on social media management with performance reporting.
• Experience delivering retail activations, events and influencer collaborations.
