About the role
The Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Dubai to promote Sandcastle Properties’ brand and property portfolio. This full‑time position develops and executes marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to attract and engage prospective clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform campaigns.
- Create marketing content and collateral for various channels.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional activities.
- Support sales initiatives with targeted marketing efforts.
- Measure campaign performance and optimise activities to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in market research and marketing strategy development.
- Ability to support sales and lead generation activities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools.
- Experience using social media platforms for business.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
