Marketing Specialist

About the role

Ingram Micro, a leading technology company for the global IT ecosystem, is looking for a Marketing Specialist in Dubai. The role helps drive brand awareness, partner engagement and business growth across the UAE market, working closely with sales, vendors and regional marketing teams on integrated campaigns that generate demand and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives and lead-generation programs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and technology vendor partners to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Develop marketing content, campaign assets and communications that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide insights to improve future effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners so projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Experience or education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage several priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Analytical thinking, able to interpret campaign results, market trends and customer insights.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
