Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Ads

About the role

Falik, a fast‑growing food and grocery delivery platform in the UAE, is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist who will own the end‑to‑end execution of digital campaigns, social media, influencer outreach, and push‑notification initiatives. This is an execution‑focused role, not a management position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts: create content calendars, write copy, brief creatives, and publish posts.
• Set up, optimize, and report on Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns on a daily basis.
• Conduct full‑cycle influencer outreach in the UAE market, from sourcing to negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
• Run push‑notification campaigns using audience segmentation, messaging, and conversion analysis.
• Coordinate monthly content calendars with designers and videographers to ensure timely, on‑brand delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on marketing experience in consumer apps, e‑commerce, food‑tech, or a fast‑paced startup.
• Proven ability to run Meta Ads and Google Ads independently.
• Demonstrated success growing social media accounts through strategy and execution.
• Experience with influencer marketing in the UAE.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity of CPI, ROAS, and retention metrics.
• Strong English copywriting; Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with CleverTap or similar push‑notification platforms is advantageous.
