Marketing Specialist - Social Media & Influencers (MENA)

About the role

The company is looking for an ambitious, self-driven Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team and help execute the brand communication strategy for the MENA region. The role focuses on social media management, influencer partnerships, agency coordination and leading regional trade events such as the Gulf Food and Saudi Food Show. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic, analytically minded and ready to grow in a fast-paced regional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Social media: plan, schedule and manage daily content and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and similar platforms; monitor competitors and trends; track performance metrics and turn them into insights.
• Influencers: identify, evaluate and onboard influencers and content creators, especially for Arabic-speaking audiences; maintain the influencer database; coordinate with creative, PR and media agencies and report on campaign ROI.
• Brand campaigns: support integrated campaigns across digital, trade and offline channels; work with sales, trade marketing and product teams; run e-commerce campaigns and coordinate promotions, seasonal offers and platform optimisation (listings, imagery, keywords).
• Events: lead end-to-end planning and on-ground execution of regional trade shows, define objectives, KPIs and budgets, manage vendors and booth logistics, and align events with brand and trade marketing partnerships.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand communications or social media/influencer marketing.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience managing social media, influencer campaigns and external agencies.
• Prior exposure to trade shows or event coordination is highly desirable.
