Marketing Specialist (Tourism & Travel)

About the role

One Life Tourism is looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to design and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth in the tourism and travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Manage marketing activities for visa services, tourism packages and travel solutions.
• Maintain marketing calendars for campaigns, promotions and seasonal offers.
• Coordinate with social media, design teams and external vendors to produce marketing materials.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and optimise ROI.
• Lead generation and customer acquisition strategy development.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and new opportunities.
• Oversee email marketing, website updates, SEO and online visibility.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, traffic and conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and social media.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning to execution.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience preparing performance reports.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and project‑management abilities.
