About the role

Join Spartan’s dynamic coaching team in the UAE as a Martial Arts Coach specializing in Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. You will deliver high‑quality instruction to adults and children of all skill levels in an onsite training facility, fostering discipline, safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging group classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced participants.
• Teach proper technique, movement, conditioning and combat fundamentals.
• Monitor member progress, provide constructive feedback and ensure a safe training environment.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism and excellent attendance.
• Collaborate with branch management and the wider coaching team to uphold Spartan’s standards.

Required profile

• Proven coaching experience in Boxing, Muay Thai and/or MMA.
• Strong technical knowledge in at least one martial‑arts discipline.
• Ability to lead group classes confidently and communicate effectively in English.
• Professional, disciplined, reliable and team‑oriented attitude.
