Massage Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team at Acu House. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief and overall wellness, while maintaining a professional and comfortable environment for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports and hot‑stone, applying appropriate pressure and method.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions about techniques and benefits, and creating a relaxing atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes and any changes in condition.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and ensure a steady flow of business.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, handling client files and booking appointments.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognised institution.
• Valid licence or eligibility for licensing with the Dubai Health Authority.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar therapeutic massage role.
