Massage Therapist – Acu House Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join Acu House, a clinic within the GMG Group network. The successful candidate will deliver therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness for our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep‑tissue, sports, and hot‑stone massage, applying appropriate pressure and method.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining treatment benefits, and creating a calming environment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and business flow.
• Handle administrative duties such as processing payments, organising client files, and booking appointments.

Required profile

• High School Certificate and a recognised diploma or certification in Massage Therapy.
• Willingness to sit for the Dubai Health Authority exam or possession of a valid massage therapist licence.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar therapeutic massage role.
• Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies, medical issues, or injuries during sessions.
• Commitment to follow health‑and‑safety regulations, including infection‑control procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Swedish, deep‑tissue, sports, and hot‑stone massage techniques.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to therapeutic massage.
• Understanding of infection‑control procedures.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a clinical setting.
