Master Technician – Electric Vehicle Workshop

About the role
The Master Technician will lead the diagnosis and repair of complex BYD electric vehicles, ensuring first‑time fix quality and supporting workshop efficiency within Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve intricate mechanical and electrical faults on BYD vehicles.
- Guide technicians on diagnostic methods and correct repair procedures.
- Communicate repair status and recommendations to service advisors, supervisors and customers.
- Identify training needs, share technical knowledge and recommend improvements to tools and workshop processes.
Required profile
- Trade certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 5‑7 years of experience in a reputable automotive workshop in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, customer‑focused approach and ability to work collaboratively.
Required skills
- Vehicle diagnostic expertise.
- Mechanical and electrical repair capabilities on electric vehicles.
