Mechanical BIM Coordinator

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Mechanical BIM Coordinator to lead the digital coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models across all project phases. The role bridges design, construction and stakeholder teams to ensure accurate, clash‑free models that meet project BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM processes for MEP disciplines from design through construction.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Perform clash detection, model coordination and issue resolution using Navisworks, Revizto and other tools.
• Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to align model information and maintain a common data environment.
• Produce and monitor LOD requirements, BEP documentation and reporting dashboards (Power Bi).

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in MEP BIM coordination.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage digital information flow.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, clash detection workflows and model authoring processes.
