Mechanical Engineer – On‑site Management & Design

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead on‑site management, subcontractor selection and overall coordination for our projects in Dubai. The role involves close interaction with owners, preparation for bidding, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site activities, select and supervise subcontractors, and resolve related issues.
• Conduct local resource investigations, prepare documentation for the bidding stage, and hold regular meetings with owners.
• Participate in project design, review and approve mechanical engineering plans, evaluate each project phase, and support equipment procurement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering construction.
• Experience in thermal power, photovoltaic or photothermal projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preparation and site‑application procedures, safety regulations, QC standards, and evaluation methods.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering or a related field.
