Mechanical Engineer - Static

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer specialized in static equipment to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves ensuring technical integrity and quality of mechanical engineering activities while supporting efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute engineering tasks in compliance with company procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Review designs, drawings, 3D models and technical documentation.
• Prepare mechanical datasheets, material requisitions and evaluate technical bids.
• Perform feasibility studies, engineering analysis, calculations and detailed engineering work.
• Develop specifications, reports and related technical documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors, supporting procurement and documentation control.
• Manage budgets, resource planning and utilization for assigned activities.
• Mentor and support less‑experienced engineering personnel.
• Report progress and technical challenges to lead engineers and project managers.

Required profile

• Minimum of 96 months (8 years) of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in static equipment projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned engineering work.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to quality management systems.
