Mechanical Technician

About the role

The Mechanical Technician ensures timely delivery of equipment and drives improvements in maintenance productivity for the product line assets within the Maintenance Base. The role focuses on reducing non‑productive time, enhancing maintenance efficiency, and supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the reliability‑centered maintenance program and CMMS procedures.
• Record materials, labor, and equipment performance in the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) system.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to lower downtime, improve asset utilization, and reduce cost of service delivery.
• Support failure investigations and implement planned repair and part‑reuse projects.
• Comply with TLM competency and product‑line standards.
