Media Manager - Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Media Manager – Commerce to lead eCommerce and retail media performance for a portfolio of leading FMCG brands. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of sponsored ads, programmatic DSP campaigns, and retailer relationships, turning brand strategy into measurable commerce results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise sponsored ads campaigns (SP, SB, SD) and DSP across multiple retail platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Carrefour and Instashop.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting share of voice, ACOS, iROAS and other key metrics.
• Coordinate with retailer teams on campaign execution, product listing health and issue escalations.
• Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) development by creating data‑driven narratives that link media performance to business outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and review their campaign work.
• Collaborate with brand and category teams to align commerce plans with broader marketing calendars.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure consistent execution standards across the retailer portfolio.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, retail media or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with the Amazon Ads platform and at least one other retail media platform (e.g., Noon, Talabat, Carrefour).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling large, multi‑market data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
