Media Manager – Middle East

About the role

We are looking for a Media Manager to lead media planning and campaign delivery for Puig’s luxury brands across the Middle East. Reporting to the Prestige Brand Director, you will work closely with Brand Marketing and Advocacy teams to ensure each brand reaches the right consumers through the most effective channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve media strategy across paid, social, digital and emerging channels in partnership with agencies and internal teams.
• Design, launch and optimise media campaigns that translate brand ambition into market visibility and consumer engagement.
• Lead post‑campaign analysis, measure ROI and KPIs, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify cultural and social trends, develop social‑first concepts and creator‑driven content.
• Manage agency relationships, oversee paid social media budgets and ensure continuous optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance, competitor activity and consumer media consumption habits across the region.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with commercial relevance.
• Upskill internal teams on media planning, audience segmentation, KPI tracking and emerging social media trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media planning and campaign execution, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
