Media & Online Intern

About the role

Join The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East as a Media & Online Intern for six months and gain hands‑on exposure to digital marketing, paid media, and e‑commerce within the prestige beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support paid media campaign execution, reporting, budget tracking and coordination with agencies.
• Assist with online product launches, promotions and listings across retailer and brand websites.
• Coordinate digital assets and content to ensure timely campaign launches.
• Work with retailer, distributor and agency partners on launch and promotional activities.
• Manage product sample requests, deliveries and tracking for retailer content and activations.
• Maintain trackers, calendars and shared files to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Current or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1‑2 years of work experience (preferred).
• Interest in beauty, digital marketing and e‑commerce.
• Curiosity about both creative and analytical aspects of marketing.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
