Media Sales – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Media Sales professional fluent in Arabic and proficient in English to join our Dubai office. The role focuses on driving new business opportunities within the influencer and digital marketing ecosystem, working closely with brands, agencies, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads across the marketing and influencer landscape.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling offers and track performance against targets.
• Report market trends, client feedback, and sales forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals within media, marketing, or advertising.
• Background in account or sales management with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
