About the role

PACT Employment is hiring a Medical Endorsement Executive in Dubai Healthcare City, UAE. The role handles medical insurance endorsements, such as additions, deletions and amendments to existing policies, and works closely with insurance companies and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process medical insurance endorsements, including additions, deletions and amendments to existing policies.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and clients to ensure timely processing of endorsement requests.
• Verify employee details and required documents before submission.
• Follow up with insurers for endorsement confirmations and updated policy documents.
• Maintain accurate records of endorsements and related correspondence.
• Respond to client queries and resolve endorsement-related issues promptly.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures and applicable UAE insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience in medical insurance operations or endorsements is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance systems.
