Medical Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Medical Marketing Executive to join our growing healthcare marketing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will combine deep knowledge of the UAE healthcare sector with strong business development and digital marketing expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for hospitals, clinics, medical centres and pharmaceutical clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, SEO, Google Ads and email marketing platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and detailed campaign performance reports.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events across the UAE.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• UAE driving licence and own car.
