Medical Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to drive product awareness among healthcare professionals. The role combines scientific knowledge with sales expertise to build strong relationships and achieve market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products to physicians, pharmacists and key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets by planning and managing daily visits, ensuring effective coverage and frequency based on CRM objectives.
• Deliver scientific and patient‑centric product messages aligned with brand strategy.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and segment customers to tailor engagement strategies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements, and manage promotional materials and product samples.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and report insights regularly.
• Keep accurate CRM data and submit timely reports on visits, market intelligence and patient tracking.
• Participate in medical events, congresses and product presentations to strengthen network and visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 2‑3 years of experience in the UAE, preferably covering Abu Dhabi and Al Ain territory.
• Experience in gynecology, urology or primary care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence healthcare professionals.
• Organised, self‑driven, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure independently.
