About the role
The Medical Sales Representative drives NCH’s healthcare and nutraceutical business by establishing trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring compliant product positioning across the assigned territory. This role blends scientific knowledge with commercial insight to support sales growth and enhance brand presence in the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
- Prepare structured call plans to ensure effective coverage and prioritization of healthcare professionals.
- Record all field activities in the CRM, maintaining accurate data and timely reporting.
- Promote NCH’s portfolio ethically, delivering scientific detailing, presentations, and sampling.
- Support therapeutic education programmes and ensure compliance with MOHAP, DHA, and internal regulations.
- Build long‑term relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends, and prescribing patterns to inform strategy.
