Membership Hostess

About the role

The First Group Hospitality is looking for a Membership Hostess to create a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for members and guests at its private members club in Abu Dhabi. The role covers member service, reception and guest relations, with a focus on the club's luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members, guests and visitors on arrival, and support their arrival and departure.
• Create a friendly, engaging and personalised experience for members, and maintain a visible, professional presence across the club.
• Assist members with enquiries, requests, bookings, reservations and general information, and support member onboarding.
• Provide information on facilities, services, programmes, events and experiences, and help with member communications, invitations and event confirmations.
• Anticipate member needs and handle feedback, requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues when required.
• Coordinate with front-of-house, hospitality, equestrian, events and operations teams, and assist with member-only events and special occasions.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, etiquette, cleanliness and service, and ensure confidentiality of member and guest information.
• Record member preferences and service notes accurately, and support daily opening, closing and reception procedures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, concierge, front-of-house, private clubs or a similar role.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
• Experience with VIP, high-net-worth or international guests is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
