Membership Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Membership Operations Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day functioning of the Paris Society global membership programme, ensuring that all operational processes, systems and information are accurate and efficient. Working closely with the Head of Membership, Private Office and concierge team, the role acts as the operational link between members, venues and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new members, maintain up‑to‑date member profiles, benefits and credits across membership platforms.
• Support the Private Office by managing member requests, reservations, special arrangements and ensuring venues have the information needed to deliver benefits.
• Maintain venue and partner data, ensure they understand programme procedures, and follow up on operational issues.
• Administer membership CRM systems, monitor data accuracy, resolve technical issues with IT or external providers.
• Prepare regular reports on membership activity, usage, benefits and financial performance; assist with invoice tracking and budgeting.
• Update SOPs, training materials and communicate changes to venues and internal teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private members clubs, concierge or high‑end client services.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and excellent follow‑up skills.
• Professional, polished and service‑oriented with discretion handling confidential member information.
