About the role
The MEP Draughtsman will prepare, modify and analyse technical drawings for MEP projects, including HVAC, fire protection, lighting, small power, ELV, plumbing and drainage. The role supports turnkey electrical power projects and solar rooftop solutions across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare drawing schedules aligned with MEP project timelines.
- Review tender drawings, assess drafting work, and set timelines for detailed and shop drawings.
- Monitor and report progress to meet project targets.
- Coordinate closely with design managers, estimation engineers, site engineers and project managers.
- Interface with client drafting teams for clarifications.
- Collaborate with the ESCO team to embed energy‑saving measures.
Required profile
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of MEP drawing experience, or a technical certificate with minimum 5 years.
- Experience on residential, commercial and industrial projects in the UAE or GCC.
- Preferred experience in the ESCO industry.
