MEP Engineer – Mechanical

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented MEP Engineer to lead the planning, coordination and quality delivery of mechanical building services. You will work closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of MEP systems from design through commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed execution plans, working schedules and look‑ahead schedules for MEP activities aligned with the overall project timeline.
• Prepare material submittal schedules, drawing submittal schedules and method statements for interface with existing services.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material submittals and documentation.
• Review subcontractor submittals for accuracy, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Handle technical queries and clarifications, preparing responses for the MEP Manager and consultants.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Experience in MEP coordination and construction project environments.
• Good understanding of submittal processes and technical documentation.
