MEP Procurement Engineer – Dubai

About the role

The MEP Procurement Engineer will lead the sourcing and purchasing of mechanical, electrical and plumbing materials for our projects in Dubai. You will work closely with project teams, the technical office, stores and finance to ensure timely delivery and cost‑effective procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs, analyse quotations and create comparison sheets.
• Negotiate with suppliers, issue LPOs and follow up material deliveries.
• Coordinate procurement activities with Projects, Technical Office, Stores and Finance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP and procurement software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in UAE MEP contracting.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP materials and industry standards.
• Proven negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, cost management and contract management.
