MEP Supervisor - Farm

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing operations at a large farm facility in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring reliable performance of all systems, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance, repair and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across the farm.
• Oversee electrical distribution, water supply, pumps, irrigation equipment and other mechanical assets.
• Coordinate and manage technicians, contractors and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify issues and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status and spare parts inventory.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems to reduce equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably in agricultural or large‑property environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Familiarity with pumps, water and irrigation systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance activities.
