About the role
Awais Technical Services is looking for an experienced and responsible MEP Supervisor with a strong background in maintenance and technical services. The role covers daily supervision of electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance work in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC works.
- Manage maintenance technicians and coordinate daily work schedules.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and the management team.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance.
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
- Currently available in the UAE.
- Good communication, leadership and team management skills.
