Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

About the role

Parker Connect is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join its Finance ERP team in the United Arab Emirates. You will work on end‑to‑end implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance, helping clients optimise financial processes and achieve seamless system integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full‑lifecycle Dynamics 365 Finance projects, from requirements gathering to go‑live support.
• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure core Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Flow and Project Accounting.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and system integrations.
• Provide functional expertise and ongoing support to end‑users.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 Finance enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into system designs.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
