Mid-level Community Manager – Brand & Founder Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Community Manager to lead the community function across our brand, founder‑led platforms, and supporting social channels. The role combines operational discipline with empathy, cultural awareness and the ability to turn community conversations into strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily community operations across brand, founder and supporting social channels, ensuring timely, accurate and empathetic responses.
• Manage team workflows, coverage, service level agreements and quality standards, and coach Community Managers on tone of voice and cultural awareness.
• Develop and implement systems to improve speed, consistency, quality control and operational discipline.
• Oversee founder‑led platform engagement, delivering personal, warm interactions aligned with the founder’s voice.
• Identify and mitigate reputational risks, support crisis readiness and turn community conversations into insights and creative opportunities.

• Mid‑level professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proven experience managing a community team and delivering high‑quality customer care.
• Excellent empathy, cultural awareness and judgment for handling sensitive conversations.
• Ability to translate community feedback into actionable insights for brand growth.
