About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role requires 5–8 years of experience, preferably within the UAE, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute O&M planning activities.
Perform work verification and ensure compliance with standards.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Handle complaints and coordinate resolutions.
Ensure preventive‑maintenance (PPM) schedule compliance.
Support solar, MEP, and building services operations.

Required profile

5–8 years of relevant O&M experience, UAE experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Open to all nationalities, with priority given to qualified UAE nationals.
