About the role
We are seeking a mid‑level Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role requires 5–8 years of experience, preferably within the UAE, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute O&M planning activities.
- Perform work verification and ensure compliance with standards.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle complaints and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure preventive‑maintenance (PPM) schedule compliance.
- Support solar, MEP, and building services operations.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of relevant O&M experience, UAE experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Open to all nationalities, with priority given to qualified UAE nationals.
