Middle C++ Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Middle C++ Developer to join a fast‑growing crypto prop‑trading firm in Dubai. The role focuses on building and maintaining ultra‑low‑latency trading infrastructure that directly impacts the firm’s P&L. Relocation and visa support are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new market connectivity tools and links from the ground up.
• Improve and maintain existing high‑load, low‑latency C++ systems in production.
• Identify and eliminate sources of latency across the stack.
• Ensure reliability and operational stability as the platform scales.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and trading teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably 4+ years.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ and experience with high‑load, low‑latency systems.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
• Good networking fundamentals, including REST and WebSockets.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, fast learner with strong troubleshooting instincts.
