Middle East Business Operations Junior Specialist - Case Team Support

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is hiring a Middle East Business Operations Junior Specialist for a 6-month temporary role in Abu Dhabi. You will support several Project Leaders, Principals or other senior consulting staff largely independently, organizing scheduling, coordinating processes and people, and making sure consultants have everything they need to serve clients. The role is fast-paced and requires flexibility, a proactive approach and a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Represent BCG with client counterparts on administrative topics such as document collection and administrative processes
• Prepare and manage end-to-end security clearance processes
• Manage calendars, schedule client and internal meetings, and organize domestic and international travel
• Coordinate meeting-room reservations and logistics
• Prepare expense reports and track costs
• Support other CTSs, Reception and Executive Assistants, and deliver training to new hires
• Produce high-quality PowerPoint documents to firm and client standards, draft, proofread and format them
• Manage the translation backlog with translators and occasionally assist with direct translation
• Attend team meetings and carry out ad hoc duties

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial/office-management training, with 1-2 years of experience in public relations, secretarial, administrative or assistant duties
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
• Experience in agenda and travel management is an asset
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with a creative, big-picture mindset

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), especially PowerPoint
• Interest in learning digital teaming tools such as Zoom, Teams and Slack
